Consultation & Sessions
Consultations are complimentary and typically last 30 minutes. The purpose of this visit is to ensure a strong fit between Counselor and Client. Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes and are available In-Person or through Tele-Therapy.
Initial sessions focus on the client-counselor relationship and the collaborative establishment of goals. As our work progresses, clients will achieve goals, increasing their courage and wholeness.
